Yes. Every new account gets one free trial (3-day, once per PC) of the full app: nothing is locked or watermarked, so you can try cutting tool properly before paying. No card needed.
Adobe Premiere Pro 26.0 or newer (26.5 or newer recommended) on Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. cutting tool installs as a panel inside Premiere; there is nothing else to set up.
Not for editing. Cutting, Auto Zoom and Shorts & Reels run on your PC. The AI features run only when you press their button: speech-to-text uses the AI on a + AI plan, for every language including English (you can keep English on your PC in Settings), and sends the audio of the part you work on; the writing features (titles, posts, translation, caption layout) send the transcript text. They pass through our server to the AI service that does the work (ElevenLabs for speech-to-text, Google Gemini for text). We don't keep your audio, and we keep the answer for at most an hour so the panel can collect it. Your library items and brand kits are saved in your own Google Drive, only if you connect it.
Every plan includes the AI for the most exact speech-to-text. English Creator + AI (Rs.899): English videos, with 150 AI credits a month for speech-to-text, posts, titles, caption layout and translation. Regional Creator + AI (Rs.999): Tamil, Tanglish, Hindi, Telugu and every other language, with 300 AI credits a month. Agency + AI (Rs.1,249): daily posting or client work in any language, with 600 AI credits a month. Every plan is monthly or yearly (one payment a year). The + AI plans include 150, 300 or 600 credits every month, and top-up packs that never expire are coming soon. Nothing is spent unless you press an AI button, and the panel shows the cost first. Speech-to-text (every language, English too): 1 credit per minute of audio. Titles, translation and caption layout: 1 credit per 10 minutes of video. Posts & content: 2 credits per 10 minutes. A 1-minute reel with every AI step uses about 8 to 10 credits. Cutting, zooms and the other editing tools are free and unlimited.
For the most exact words, a + AI plan turns speech into text with a cloud speech-to-text service, for Tamil, Hindi and every other language and for English too; it costs us per minute, so it uses AI credits. You can keep English on your PC for free (Settings › English speech on my PC), but the PC model misses more words. Without credits or internet, English is read on your PC anyway.
One PC at a time. You can see the PC your licence is on and free it from your Dashboard, for example when you change computers.
Yes, within 7 days of a payment, for any reason. We keep the payment gateway's fee, the AI credits you used and 10% of the price (20% after the first 24 hours); the rest comes back to you. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Yes. Plans renew automatically by card or UPI, every month or every year, and you can cancel any time from your Dashboard. After you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the term you paid for.
Checkout is handled by Razorpay, and plans are paid by card or UPI auto-pay (a mandate you approve once).
