The rules for using cutting tool and its licensing service.
By purchasing, downloading, or using cutting tool (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Software.
cutting tool is a product of Aravinth Markage, a sole proprietorship of Subramanian Aravinth, 2/111A, East Street, Kadur, Perambalur 621716, Tamil Nadu, India (GSTIN 33DSJPA2611F1ZE). "We" and "us" in these Terms mean Aravinth Markage. You must be 18 or older to buy or use cutting tool.
cutting tool is a plugin panel for Adobe Premiere Pro that adds speech clean-up (pauses, fillers, retakes, swear words), captions and titles, zooms, shorts and reels, a sounds and clips library and related editing-assist features, plus optional online AI features that use AI credits. It requires a licensed copy of Adobe Premiere Pro 26.0 or newer (26.5 or newer recommended) on Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe Inc.; cutting tool is an independent product and is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Adobe.
A paid license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software on the number of devices your plan allows, for the duration of your paid plan (or the free trial period, where applicable). We retain all ownership of the Software.
New users get a 5-day free trial, once per PC. No functionality is artificially restricted during the trial; you get full access so you can evaluate the product properly. The trial never turns into a paid plan by itself: you pay only if you choose to buy.
The plans, what each includes and their prices are shown on the Pricing page. Plan prices are shown before GST, and the total with 18% GST is shown before you pay; the GST tax invoice is emailed after each payment. Payment is processed by Razorpay (card or UPI).
Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically at the regular price at the end of each term, through a card or UPI auto-pay mandate you approve at checkout. As RBI rules require, you are notified before each auto-debit, and you can cancel any time from your Dashboard; after you cancel nothing more is charged and your plan works until the end of the term already paid for.
Early-bird prices and coupons apply to your first term only (first purchase only, one coupon per order). If you buy with a creator's coupon and later ask for a refund of that payment, a fixed processing fee is kept, as the Refund Policy explains; the fee is shown on the Pricing page when you apply the coupon.
cutting tool is delivered digitally: the license key is emailed to you and shown on your Dashboard as soon as the payment succeeds (usually within minutes), and the installer is on the Download page. Nothing is shipped. If your key has not arrived within an hour of paying, write to us and we will send it.
AI plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits; top-up credit packs will be sold separately when they launch. Credits are used only when you start an AI feature, and the panel shows the cost first. If an AI job fails, its credits are returned. Monthly credits do not carry over to the next month. AI results are generated automatically and may contain mistakes; check them before you publish.
Each license key may be activated on a limited number of devices. You can deactivate a device yourself at any time from the license dashboard to free up a slot for a new device.
You may not: share or resell your license key, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Software, use it to violate any law, or attempt to bypass license verification. Violating these terms may result in license revocation without refund.
We aim to keep the licensing and processing services available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or unforeseen outages may occasionally affect license verification.
The Software is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software, including loss of footage or project data. Always keep your own backups; cutting tool edits are performed on copies/projects inside Premiere Pro, not on your only copy of your media. Nothing in these Terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. At checkout you tick that you agree to these Terms and that policy; we keep the date and the version you agreed to.
If we cancel. If we end or cancel your paid plan ourselves for a reason that is not your fault (for example we stop selling cutting tool or cannot provide the service you paid for), we refund only the unused part of your plan (the days or months you paid for but could not use; the time you already used is not refunded), with nothing deducted from that part, and add a compensation of the same percentage we would keep on a refund (10% of the price within 24 hours of the payment, 20% after). This does not apply when a licence is ended for misuse under the Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time and change the "Last updated" date above. For a material change (for example to prices of an active subscription, renewals or refunds), we email active subscribers at least 7 days before it takes effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then. Changes never apply to a payment already made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to the Grievance Officer first; most problems are solved there. Subject to that, the courts at Perambalur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
